Dipping inks
To give an attractive look to Flip-flop, the Dipping method is one of the easiest ways to make it look elegant. Now the chappal straps of different colors are decorated with different colored inks. After dipping, the straps are hanged with some supporting hanger.
Heat transfer on chappal straps
Heat press deals will provide simple customization of the flip-flops. A vinyl transfer material is easily applied on the flip-flop straps according to the instructions of the customer.
Nevertheless, consider the heat factor. Make sure that the straps and the layer between the toes resist the temperature of the application. The best substrates for these flip-flop straps are cotton, polyester, and nylon. To prevent the melting of synthetic products, you have to stop the footbed in close contact with heat.
